In addition to the numerous tools and services already included with Savology, advisors can also implement any of our optional add-on features and services. Add-ons are designed to enhance the client experience through account aggregation, connected credit, and live chat support.
All user add-on services are optional, carry additional costs, and firms may choose to implement any or all for their clients to use.
User Add-on Features
Account Aggregation
Through account aggregation, clients can connect outside financial accounts to their Savology financial profile. Doing so provides live updates as their finances change by keeping their plan up to date with the latest balances from their connected institutions.

With connected credit, clients can review their credit reports, track monthly credit scores, get personalized alerts, monitor progress, and identify opportunities to improve with built-in tools.

Live chat support provides clients with ongoing support from Savology's team of expert agents. Our team can help new clients onboard, answer technology and platform related questions, and provide basic guidance and answers about a client's financial plan.
Live chat is great for advisors looking to save more time and scale efforts, and when providing financial wellness to employers and their employees.
User Add-on Costs
User add-ons carry an additional cost for each client where any add-on is activated. In most cases, individual add-on features cost $1/month per assigned client, but can vary depending on the number of users covered and if multiple add-ons are utilized.

Managing User Add-ons
Firms with access to user add-on features have two ways to activate add-on services for clients. These may be activated at the individual client level, or for sets of multiple clients through Group-level settings.
Activating add-ons for individual clients
- Navigate to the User Admin page and locate the client in the list of your Active Users
- Select the three-dot menu next to the client's name and click on Change tier
- In the modal, select the appropriate add-on package in the drop-down menu and click Apply change
Activating add-ons for Groups
Selecting an add-on for a group makes it so the add-on feature is active for all users who are part of the group by default.
Activating add-ons for Existing Groups
- Navigate to User Admin > Groups and locate the Group you want to update
- Select the three-dot menu next to the Group and click Advanced Settings
- In the modal, select the appropriate add-on package in the Tier drop-down menu and click Save
Activating add-ons for New Groups
- Navigate to User Admin > Groups and select the New group button located to the right of the search bar
- On the first page of the modal that appears for the new group, add the group name and details
- On the second page of the modal called Advanced Settings, select the appropriate add-on package in the Tier drop-down menu.
- When finished with the remaining advanced settings, click Save
