Inviting other admins

Those with sufficient privileges can invite other advisors/planners to join the platform as admins, which allows your colleagues to gain administrative access and use the Savology platform in different capacities.

Important Note: Only Administrators with sufficient access rights can invite others to join the firm as Admins. Learn more about Admin Roles and Access Rights. 

Invite other admins

Navigate to User Admin > Admins, and select the New admin button to the right of the search bar. In the modal that appears, you have two options to create and send out an invite for the new admin to join:

Option 1 - Email Invite: If the individual does not already have a Savology user account connected to your firm:

  • Select the Email Invite tab in the modal and enter the individual’s name and email address.
  • Select the appropriate role and permissions from the Admin Role drop-down menu and click Add admin.
  • Once the invite has been sent, they will receive an email from support@savology.com with a link and instructions to create their account.

Option 2 - Add from Existing Users: If the individual already has a Savology User account connected to your firm:

  • Select the Add from Existing Users tab in the modal.
  • Find and select the account from the New Admin from Existing Users drop-down menu.
  • Select the appropriate role and permissions from the Admin Role drop-down menu and click Add admin.
  • The individual will receive an email from support@savology.com notifying them that they now have administrative access and do not need to create a new account. They will automatically be directed to the Admin portal when accessing the account.
