Turning off marketing emails

Admins with sufficient permissions may turn off all Savology marketing emails for all active firm users.

To do so, go to Manage Account > Settings, edit the Emails table, and toggle the Block marketing emails option to On.

Turning on this setting will prevent users from receiving most education emails from Savology related to their financial plan. This setting, however, will not block other administrative-type emails such as password reset.

Compliance Email BCC

For record retention purposes, some firms prefer to be blind copied on all Savology emails that are sent to their active clients. Admins with sufficient permissions can add a compliance email address to be blind copied.

To do so, go to Manage Account > Settings, edit the Emails table, and add the email address to the BCompliance Bcc field to On.
